In 2020 Dusk become large (up to 10%)
shareholder of NPEX. Right after they started partnership period which included developing innovative financial pilot projects and at the time it was obvious that they were experimenting with dusk tech. Even though mainnet wasn't ready yet.
Now they
announced that they have official agreement of that exchange and incentivized test net period is over as they are preparing to launch the mainnet.
So if you don't know anything about Dusk, here's my summary, of what has happened so far:
Dusk has been been building a privacy preserving and EU regulatory compliant blockchain for security exchange, which i admit thought was an impossible job because of MICA, FATF travel rule, AML laws and EU regulations in general. But looks like they have
found a ways to tackle with all the hurdles. I have to admit that most of the tech goes over my head and i haven't studied how they did their "
Citadel" (zero-knowledge KYC solution), yet, but i've been waiting for that tech for a long time, and most likely most of us have because of all the hacks and leaks and stolen personal information on centralized crypto exchanges.
And by "security exchange", i mean actual security exchange, powered by blockchain where you can trade, issue and own actual stocks and regulated instruments. Not just synthetics that others are playing with and calling them RWAs.
At the time of writing dusk has $174,7M marketcap, so do your math on what's happening next.
