The strange thing is that I did not have to solve any captcha.
I'm not sure how long your faucet will survive without that protection becaus I'm relatively sure that somebody will use that gap to get your Satoshis.

faucet looks actually very ok, but to be honest I don't trust the 20% ref.

I got the same problem. May be your script has problem when checking that payout has been sent or not but still display success message
I get message that i receive satoshi to faucetbox but when i chek faucetbox..there is nothing 
I tried it out, works pretty well and doesn't look terrible.
I tried this faucet and reward was sent to my faucetbox account. But it's hard to use faucet through smartphone, because ads covers almost everything : captcha, impossible to see possible rewards and how much was won. And also got one popup advertisement.
