login - wait 360 seconds -post -reach 35-40 activity and it's reduced to about 1 min.

Then when I wait 6 minutes, it says "You already posted this!", yet no posts are there...

You just need to wait the full six minutes before you try post and after you log in then you won't have this problem.

This is to prevent newbies spamming. Once you have 15 activity this lessen to 72 seconds.
