Human mind is judgemental. Anything non conventional will be considered more for its flaws than the benefits. Bitcoin is an assest to trillions, an easy way to earn money will be under speculation anyhow. Do consider the fact that its providing employment, it's an easier way to earn the only ambition we have "money" for a far superior life. Do not lend your ears to rumours.

Yeah, BTC price is just way way too high for peasants
Love and hate relationship will always be here as long as BTC still has 21 million cap (with only 20% left to mine)

They are just jealous because they don't become the dearly adopter so they spread something bad about BTC so other people have the same experience with them, nowadays a lot of people are hypocrite, their ego is very high, so they will do anything to maintain their high ego, this world is already a strange world, when BTC go down a lot of people will say Bitcoin is dead and got no value anymore but when BTC go up people will say BTC is the future currency with good future

Bitcoin is a difficult thing to understand. It's easy to misunderstand!

Maybe because some criminals are using bitcoin to launder, unsupervised, untraceable, and have some bad effects on society, this is the bad side of people.

People don't see the positive side of BTC!

I think all the people who are active in social medias and trying to make FUD, are involved in cryptocurrencies.
Why should they try that hard and spend their time for something which they don't like? I am sure they like cryptocurrencies, but they want the prices to fall for some reason.

So true this post.. Well not sure about the weirdness of the crypto community, but we are definitely a unique bunch. I think what we can address here is a functional flaw within human nature itself. We are somehow programmed to want for more even when have efficient means to achieve something. Therefore leaving us within a state of continual satisfaction. Or is it a flaw really. Would we ever be pushed to push our own boundaries of limitations if we weren’t inherently dissatisfied?

most people who are spreading bullshit and FUD about bitcoin want to buy more of it and wish its price to go down. these people are actually the real believers in bitcoin but the difference is that they are also idiots thinking if they spread FUD or some nonsense they can create some panic and make the price to drop so that they can buy more of it and own more in the long run!

the shitcoin creators do it because they want to play with newbies heads and make them think that they are "solving" some imaginary problem so they can "replace" bitcoin because of it.

Then it's not the correct way to market your product. To me, it's a proof that their coin is not good as they claim if it was they wouldn't need to use such methods. Not everyone has the skill to market somethings true that, but everyone can learn, hire people, or something else. There are enough resources online and offline to promote something.

The second you have no other ways to promote your coins than badmouthing about another coin, it's already the end, it means you don't have faith in your coin.

At the same time, most of the altcoins look like the same from each other, nothing new...
If Bitcoin is so bad then why do you clone it to make your own coin? And more important why do you use the brand name, logo etc....

In these cases it's just a marketing strategy. With the immense amount of altcoins that there are in the market, when you create a new coin it's possible that nobody pays attention to it. That's why they use the name "bitcoin + something", promising to be the new bitcoin or the coin that will fix some supposed bitcoin failure. They use the bitcoin brand to draw attention to their coin and as they need to convince people that their coin is the good one, they need to talk bad about bitcoin. In the end, over time, the bitcoin solves their problems while almost all these new coins are forgotten.

We could call it irony or hypocrisy but this is a reality.

A lot of people badmouth daily about Bitcoin but most of them use it (or own it)
The other group of people is filled with people who regret not joining the Bitcoin party years ago, or can't buy some bitcoins.

When they don't have something they start to badmouth, it gives themselves an excuse. For example, you would like to have the latest Audi because it's the king in the car industry, you can't afford to buy the latest, you will start to find all kind of excuses to explain
why you don't buy it:

- Costing too much for maintenance,
- petrol price keeps increasing,
- ecology,
- you can even start to say Audi kills babies! Hi Roger Ver...

With the years I find people on the internet become weirder and bizarre but in the crypto world it is a higher level of weird people
It is obvious why they are doing it, They want bitcoin price to go down more and since they might already own a little sum of bitcoin, they want to buy more at a lower price. Since public sentiment changes easily(specially right now where many newbies in crypto is holding), a dump can easily be triggered by fake news and FUD is spread in order to make those newbies(as well as others) panic sell.

Cashback 15%
In the crypto world, it seems like everyone would do anything--especially public figures and developers--to still be relevant to the scene, whether their statements are crypto-related or not. I would not say a higher level of weirdness but rather hypocrisy to those people using the coin yet spits nothing but negativity whenever they have the chance. A fine example would be Jamie Dimon who went on to a badmouthing spree only to retaliate and take his words back after the crypto boomed. There would be assholes and hypocrites around especially since we're talking about money in here. As long as they're giving us the attention and press, it's fine since it's getting the public curious and make their own research about what bitcoin really is.

I wouldn't term people to be weird. The correct word you're looking for is assholes. People are fucking assholes. Mere shits.
These assholes are the reaosns why we see the markets in horrible conditions, but still thank them. We can benefit from those circumstances.
Its about time we stop giving two fucks about these hypocrites assholes. Just ignore them.. And go to sleep like a baby.
