Why not?  If you sold all your coins at 16.x and bought them all back at 15.y then you would have extra money.  I take that seriously.

He would have more bitcoins than before, but if the price kept on dropping he would have less purchasing power than before.

ya you sell fella, keep buying high and selling low so I can keep making money off you. I just bought at low $15s and by next week I'll be making at least a few dollars per BTC. Hey keep selling though, drive that price down a little more and I'll pick up some more bargains.

@TurboK: I'm not too familiar with terminology, but didn't the bubble burst at 30 USD? Can it burst twice, or would it be a new one now?

@Grant: I might want to buy puts, but... I dunno, that site looks worse than mtgox, I have put enough trust in shady hacker sites for now. Also, seriously: the order book doesn't look healthy. And there are weird warning messages on the site even. Naah, maybe another time.

i'd recommend getting coins out of gox but not necessarily selling them

to be fair, I sold all of my coins due to the trending.  

I do plan to buy back at or below what I sold them for, but the decay from 17 to 16 was hard to ignore

Thanks a lot for this useful insider information !
Since I don't want to be stuck with worthless Bitcoins, I followed your advice and immediately sold all of my 275 Bitcoins.

I guess you just saved me from a lot of trouble.
I would send you some BTCs as tip, but I haven't got any left ... and you probably don't want them anyway since they will be useless in 2-3 days.

We should all be thank the wise 'bitbot' and sell all our Bitcoins immediately. And if we all do that, we will see that he was absolutely right.
