Hi, I'm about build my first rig of 1050 Ti 6X.
Is there any difference between 1 and 2 fans? I mean this card: https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=04G-P4-6253-KR
Is this card good enough for mining?
Thanks.

I would go with the dual fan model. Better card, better cooling and better resale value. The dual fan is only $10 more on Amazon.

https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Graphic-Graphics-04G-P4-6258-KR/dp/B01M5BQRIO

https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=04G-P4-6255-KR

The other difference is the 1050 Ti single fan typically won't use a 6-pin power connector, where the dual fan model may need a power connector.
Thanks for your answer. and someone told me because of its 4GB these graphic cards soon will be unusable for mining. Is it true?

Not true. The Dag file for ETH won't be even close to 4GB until 2019. You can also mine other coins with no problem at all.

Really. Do you have reference that Card with 3 GB can mining ETH until 2019. thank (mine is 1060 3g and I just bought today)

I have Colorful gtx 1050ti Oc 4GB with 80% power +80 core and + 0 memory so I get 165/sol mining Zec at 59 temperature.
If my card got over 66 temperature it will hang

I'm using stock power cc:150 mc:75 with ewbf miner and i get 180-190 sol/s ...

with PNY gtx 1050ti

I'm using EVGA 1050ti SCs, but I will try your settings.  Hope they work for my SCs.   Smiley
so... have you tried trevors settings? what was the outcome and what PL did you use? I haven't paid much attention to the 1050ti's but they seem capable for small cheap rigs as i'm reading this. whats your cards stock TDP (evga, palit,...)? 75W as they don't carry any power-connector?

and what efficiency are you running your 1050 ti's at?
assuming one card can reach
175 sol/s @ 75W, this would result in 2.33 sol/W which is rather poor compared to the bigger cards...
165 sol/s @ 60W (80%) -> 2.77 sol/W still not too great?

I have one build with a 1070, 1060 and a 1050 ti - the 1050 to gets 160-165s with EWBF miner at 80% power and a tiny overclock - could possibly get more but don't really overclock the cards too much

I was thinking about buying three of these... I am assuming by specs they will do well for mining but I would like to know your guys' opinions.
