What are your clock settings?
There's a very long thread in this subforum specifically for GTX 1060 performance. Perhaps you can look there for core/memory clock settings that have worked well for others. Having Samsung memory is *usually* lucky, as far as memory overclocking goes, but the silicon lottery often works at the level of individual chips.

Please help-me Evga gtx 1060 ftw2 minering ETH on Ethos v1.2.7 not do not pass 20mh, whereas others evga 1060 Is doing 24,5 mh +/-.
