I came across this: Global Consciousness Project.

One of the things they claim is that the function of RNGs was altered after the 9/11 attacks . I doubt their interpretation. If their result is not due to chance, a more plausible explanation is that there is some bug in their PRNGs that is being taken advantage of after the attacks as a side effect of an effort to decrypt the communications of those responsible.

I am no expert in this and do not understand their methods. Does this have implications for private key generation?
