In many countries there are children gangs who target the people and steal lot of valuable things from them but they also will get punished if they get caught.And if the kid is doing after knowing that it is a bad thing then they also responsible for their action and may get the right punishment from the God.
There's this juvenile protection in some countries that's why they know that they can maximize the usage of these kids for their benefit.
I'm against to it as kids should be at school, playing with other kids and do other kids stuff. They also brainwash the minds of these kids because it's for them to be manipulated.

I was revealed few months back that talented kids are used to spy on people. I shared this on another forum, specifically mentioned children and the use of spying tech to spy on people, (and possibly scam or frame them for evil).
The wicked one understands my weak point - pity for children. They understand that I will hardly pray against them when asking GOD for protection against possible attack from them... So they find them as suitable ones to war against me.
And another main reason they use children for their evil is that children are usually not punished by the law. I don't think this is a good idea anymore. They could be given a light sentence in a correctional facility. The dangerous ones can be handled separately.

Note that they will try to make popular crypto personalities (who I frequently check their posts) think that scams or other evil is coming from a particular IP or Country(sophisticated scammer cant be so dump to reveal their ip or country)
