I really don't know how to do this, i think the reason he or whoever them maybe are able to get away with this is because that bounty has no proof of authenticity, i bet many btt account on that spreadsheet was used without the real users knowing

It is possible that Phabulu aka  pirate hunter done this, and this is not his first time doing this!

You can report him to moderators, and this will be investigated deeper.

Anyway, ban evasion reported.

Sadly in some (or most) cases, those reported alt accounts continue to exist and post normally without any repercussions. There's an easy way to IP block accounts but Theymos is not for that so we're going to have to continue dealing with such shits.

team-bhp - a motorbike / car based forum has higher security checks than Bitcointalk - supposedly the to talk about the most secured money. 

What "they" say is true.  The ban is for the person, not just the account in question.  However I'm sure this is routinely ignored because there's basically nothing stopping a banned member from creating a new one and continuing their bullshit.  Even hilariousandco had given up warning banned members from doing exactly that.  However, if you're caught evading a ban, any new accounts will be banned as well.

If those accounts are yours and any one of them is banned, you're evading the ban by posting here.  That has nothing to do with whether you're a scammer or not, but whether you should continue to be a member of bitcointalk.  Hopefully the mods will look into this.

If his alt accounts where connected with scam then he is a scammer.
If his alt accounts plagiarized content multiple times then he is a thief and a liar.

If you didn't scam anyone, then you shouldn't be called a scammer. If you didn't plagiarized any content using this account "galahad_s", then this account shouldn't be reported for plagiarism. However, mentioning those don't mean you didn't do anything wrong. "Ban evasion" is in the rules and you disobey it.

They say once your account has been banned, it's not just really the account, it's you who is banned in the forum.

Evidance is overwhelming and crystal clear.

Some members don't even deserve a response.
This scammers are a disgrace and embarrassment for whole crypto community and Bitcointalk forum.
Stealing other people hard work repeatedly multiple times is unforgivable!

Nope, you are wrong, I've made an appeal for my old accounts here, And I didn't get an answer.
I've maybe done some bad content posts in the past, but the situation is not the same now, since I've learned with it, and now I'm trying always to do a quality post without any plagiarism.

From hepta coin, was not a scam coin, We didn't sell anything, we have created a coin, but after a few months I could not maintain all expenses to keep it alive.

The project may still be an idea that people won't buy or will fail based on being just a plain bad coin idea.  They may have the best intentions but their idea never catches on.  There is a big difference from a scam coin that only has the plan of stealing BTC versus a coin that just doesn't succeed.
