Hi elephantas1. In regards to your question, if you choose to take the bonus for your initial deposit you would need to hit a turnover(total bet amount) of 3 times for withdrawal.
For example, deposit 1 btc = 500 credit + 10% bonus you get 550 credit, in-order to withdraw your turnover/"total bet amount" must be greater than 1500(not total credit).
To elaborate further on turnover/"total bet amount", for example : first game you bet 500, 2nd game you bet 600 and 3rd game you bet 400, Turnover now is 1500 and you're qualify to do a withdrawal.
If no bonus is taken withdrawal can be process anytime during the operating hours, but limit to once per day.
