TEND technologies aims to revolutionise the investment world of individuals, by offering co-ownership in precious assets. There is a 20% pre-sale going on. Unlike all other ICO, TEND's token sale issues securities tokens (equity) to the investors, meaning that unlike owning a utility tokens (that do not have any added value/use) the securities token will let you own part of the company - making you eligible to dividends of the company. ICO 2.0 is here guys, check it out:

This is a great improvement to the blockchain technology and addition to tokens market and investments. If I will get dividend by investing into ico projects I think it should be something commendable. Many of the ico only give you the tokens you buy and no any other dividend I hope others copy this idea for blockchain development.
