We do not have fake reviews. We do not influence customer reviews in any way. We do not collect information about users, we do not have CUS...

considering that you are confirmed to be lying about some banal things, how accurate are your claims? You also did not answer why you work through two domains.

Hello, thank you for your questions and comments, we will try to answer each of them in order:
1. ex7.io site is based on our solutions, we are developing as a business and this is our first site, which we are fully customizing for our partners. At the moment, not all the work has been completed, but the site is already up and running and exchanges can be made on it.
2. That's why there are still some minor defects on the ex7.io site, but they do not affect the work of the exchanger.
3. our policy was removed so as not to mislead users, because we also have exchanges for which there is no AML&KYC verification.
In general, we think now everything is clear and you have no questions to us. But if you still have questions, please write.
4. We have only one account on Bitcointalk and a topic that we have been running for a long period of time.
We thank you for your questions and comments. We hope we have answered your questions.

For example, both sites have identical reserve amounts
Bitcoin BEP20 Anonymous BTC: 0.011253
MoneyGo USD: 11633.44
MoneyGo EUR: 9304.94
NixMoney USD: 1170.07

Absolutely, you can trust us! Above we have tried to answer all questions and make it clear where the defects come from. I hope that now we will not receive any more questions of this kind. We will eliminate all the defects that have been presented to us in the near future. Thank you for your feedback!

Question for ex7.io. What is your relationship with barry24.com exchanger?

I found a lot of similarities, so I'm pretty sure that it's the same person/persons behind both services. First, it is quite obvious even just by visiting that you are using the same website template, slightly different colours but the same thing.

Checking code, that's confirmed. Both sites use the same WordPress theme named "barry24"

ext.io
Code:
https://talkimg.com/image/kEEYJ

barry24.com
Code:
https://talkimg.com/image/kEI8C

Is this your alt account on Bitcointalk? barry24?

On barry24.com, you forgot to remove the banner that confirms the already-stated accusations that you use fake reviews. There is a big offer where you reward everyone who leaves a review for your service. It cannot be an excuse to reward loyal customers, because the review must pass your standards before you send the reward.

https://talkimg.com/images/2024/01/26/kEzWm.png

Both services report the same amount of available reserve. For example Bitcoin 0.07314, obviously funds from the same wallet. Otherwise, isn't this a rather small amount of reserves for one two exchangers?

Both sites use the same CloudFlare nameservers, Which is usual if CF is set from the same account

Code:
Name Servers
PENNY.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM (has 26,305,210 domains)
STAN.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM (has 26,305,210 domains)

update: Looking at the web archive, there was a KYC/AML policy page on barry24.com. It was removed after you received criticism that it was misleading people and negative feedback on the ex7.io account

@ex7
In addition to @logfiles's valid concern, would you mind explaining to us why on earth there are a lot of "fake reviews [you even messed up the order in the latter part]" before its creation date [2023-04-22]?

barry24.com is an older domain (658 days old). Maybe his paid reviews were borrowed to ex7.io

I'm a bit curious, why two sites, where you offer identical options? Even both have only English and Russian, so it cannot be said that it is a matter of localization.
I can't wait for the explanation  Smiley

This solution was purchased from barry24. At the moment, under our contract with them, Barry24 is still customizing our ex7.io website. We expect that they should finish the main work in the next two weeks. But our site already works and conducts exchange operations, these defects do not affect the exchange operation.
Thank you for your attention to our exchanger, now we know what we need to pay attention to when accepting the site. Thanks to your comments, we can eliminate all the defects in the near future. If you have any more questions regarding the work of our service, we will be happy to answer them!

I'm not lying about anything about my exchanger.

Yes, you do!

I don't understand what kind of fake reviews we are talking about. Customers leave feedback, we have no other option.

And that's one of the lies.

Whois records show that your domain was registered on April 22, 2023:

278 days old
Created on 2023-04-22
Expires on 2024-04-22
Updated on 2023-09-13

However, the reviews on your site appear to be predating that date. One review, in fact, is dated March 24, 2022, more than a year before your exchange was even established. How is that possible?

(archived: https://archive.is/YhDXm)

Our software was purchased and indeed some reviews were not related to our site, sorry for this misunderstanding, we have removed such reviews. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. It has now been fixed.

2. regarding our document, we posted it to fulfill the formal side so that we would have less questions from some authorities. We have accepted your criticism and removed the document so that it does not confuse you.

You do not need to tamper with regulatory restrictions. It is enough to write that KYC will be required for transactions above 10k USD or staying away from any transactions related to trading in cash/bank account and then you will not need to comply with legal legislation if the platform is outside the United States.

This is not the reason I do not trust your service, but more reasons, such as tracking customer data, recording keyboard, fake reviews, ..etc.

2. regarding our document, we posted it to fulfill the formal side so that we would have less questions from some authorities. We have accepted your criticism and removed the document so that it does not confuse you.

So, after the reactions by forum users in your second ANN thread (which you closed), you decided to become a no-KYC service, at least declaratively. Now you are "acceptable" as no-KYC, but what will the authorities say to you and what will your reaction be in a critical case? Are you going to block the funds at some point and ask for personal information from the user to continue the transaction or are you going to tell the authorities that you cannot give someone's data to them?

The fact that you deleted some things, and moved to a thread where there is less criticism of you, does not mean that you have changed your business policy.

btw. No matter how many answers you give to different users, write them in one post.

We created a topic in a different section as we were pointed out. The previous topic was closed so as not to duplicate information. It has nothing to do with criticism, we like to answer your questions. We are posting answers in this thread now since the previous thread has been closed.
Regarding the CUS requirements, we do not perform such a check and we believe that we are not a regulatory body to monitor users. We do not request any data from the user, so if there is a request we will not be able to respond to it, we value the user's personal information and believe that only the user can disclose information about themselves if they feel it is necessary.

You're right... It appears to be mirroring or rather copying some of the reviews from the other platform that you mentioned, but even the older domain has a "comment" before its creation date.
- I'm starting to think the website in question might be a rip-off of some sort (both of their "FAQ for affiliates [#1 and #2]" pages were copied from "here")].

Great catch, by the way Wink

Try to cross-check the registration date on the Whois result page with the date of the comments I highlighted in my last post to better understand the issue in question.

The "lock topic" button that you were looking for is in the bottom left corner of the page.

Not the right board to advertise your exchange. Service Announcements is more suitable. Please move the topic there

Now you claim your exchange is a platform for anonymous crypto transactions. You promise that the users will complete have to forget about KYC and AML when using your platform, but this is far from the truth simply because you have this policy → AML/CTF and KYC Policy

Your kind of business is entirely based on trust and honesty, so why would you have to lie?

hi. I created a theme in the section you specified. It didn't work out to reschedule this one. how do I delete this topic or block it? I will keep the topic alone in the new section. this topic is more irrelevant.
