well i know its not the best but its an alternative it might be good to use also the swift  exchange into bank to btc of the localbitcoins.com i  use for small amounts like 50 euros or soo i get alwas good done there other buying or selling of course there a bit of loss but its compreeensible the rates.

you asked the issue in this forum, that mean you are willing to deal with it via bitcoin.

btc-e or lakebtc ia good for that.

You might be able to change it for some Webmoney or Neteller funds. I believe webmoney is based in russia, so you should probably be able to transfer it through here.

Use MoneyGram. It's way cheaper.
