I don't like Virvox.com because you can't convert BTC to Paypal directly ! You have to exchange BTC to SLL (50 SLL + 2.90% fees) and then exchange SLL to USD (50 SLL + 2.90% fees again) I prefer to exchange directly my BTC to paypal USD ;-)
obvious scam, don't use it. the only secure method is through virwox as far as I know.

No one should ever exchange Bitcoin to/from any payment service that is subject to fraud and chargebacks. Especially not Paypal or Skrill.
