I don't see any reason behind your suspension listed on the screenshots, but if you're actually banned because you traded with bots, well, that's freaking retarded.
The exchange should be happy that you trade with bots, it brings A. More volume and B. More fees.
The only reason to ban an account is if you're from a sanctioned country, but then they should've not let you register in the first place.
I haven't heard of this exchange, but please move this thread to Service Discussion.
