If you have any accusations or evidences of scamming in an ICO or project, kindly report and post in the appropriate board specifically the SCAM ACCUSATIONS (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) board under ECONOMY.
Second, along with your accusation, please provide sufficient proofs and evidences that would support your claim. Any alleged scam ICO/project is presumed to be innocent and it is your burden to provide such proof.

And, in regards to your issue, first of all, allow me to say I'm sorry for your loss. It is always wise to look for info as many as you can if something in crypto nowadays is too good to be true. Second, there's already a scam accusation against them here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fedliocom-and-bitebtccom-scam-warnng-5165470. I would suggest to lock this thread to prevent spamming.

The process of their work is clear, they put the prices of tokens higher than other exchanges and make a big turnover on them. Thus people put tokens in the hope to sell their more expensive and to withdraw money in BTC or ETH. But the withdrawal account is blocked and then require to confirm the source of funds and documents for the passage of KYC. In General scammers!!! Don't get fooled by this trick. SCAM SCAM SCAM
