BTC-e has a temporary fee of 0% as well, because they exist 1 year this week.

ANXPRO has a 0% fee. They seem really profesional.

Imho, it is better to pay a small fee, than to blindly trust a new exchange who could steal everything.

Sure is. But they are an established exchange. Tey might be new but they already have a constant daily volume of +1000 bitcoins and also a precence in the forums. Everyone seems to be hapy with them so far.

Indeed, and trying new promising exchange is a great thing to do to make the cryptocurrencies' economy grow, but the risk of fraud is higher, so one should be careful and not have a big percentage of their coins with them at any time.
I asked ANX (former asianexgen - now rebranded) about their 0% fees and they said it was temporary. Soon they will be charging "normal" fees. I expect something around stamp or kraken fees to be acceptable to traders.
btw - when researching for some new exchanges - I was surprised to see how legit the ANX business is compared to other high volume exchanges.

Indeed it is, every trade you do, no matter if buy or sell, get charged 0.15%

Ok, thanks. I wasn't sure if I was seeing things or not lol .... I need a hypothetical now of just how much that is if I say buy 10 litecoins how much are they taking....

10 Litecoins should cost you about 0.2 Bitcoin. Since that is only one trade, you deduce the 0.15% once, so you'll actually get about 9.985 Litecoins for that price.
