I'd also like to know whether the proof of residence verification can be passed using an online banking platform? like using a bank statement from Paysera for instance?
I think this depends on the service that you're gonna use. For example, Crypterium and Advcash don't accept such proof of residence AFAIK, while other services might be okay with that (CMIIW).

Does the statement has a signature from the bank though? Or is it just a digital records containing your name and address? If it contains a signature then it might work.

Do you guys know if there are any exchanges that accept IDs (and not passports) with non-Latin characters (Russian, Arabic, and Hebrew)? I've got a friend who couldn't pass KYC because of this.

I'd also like to know whether the proof of residence verification can be passed using an online banking platform? like using a bank statement from Paysera for instance?
