$USD equivalent amount will be paid immediately in the cryptocurrency value @ initial listing price - on confirmation/acceptance and listing on exchange. (For top 100 exchanges with high liquidity should be able to cash-out relatively quickly).

$2 million - Large = rank 7 - 25 exchange by monthly average 24 hour trade volume

$500k - Small = rank 51-80 exchange by monthly average 24 hour trade volume
$250k - XS - rank 81-100 exchange by monthly average 24 hour trade volume
