For tokens on the Ethereum network, listing on a decentralized exchange like IDEX is free, see https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfzF_NTscqqK4TPuJQixe4tZCEJHDVJdTLvNelb_V2D582RVg/viewform

Livecoin and cryptopia are better choice for ICOs, if hitbtc listing price is rewlly 20-40 btc no project should pay it. That is difficult for most projects.

Not so long ago i've actually got surprised.

hitbtc has listed ''with/btc'' coin, i've done some research, there on website is absolutely nothing else than whitepaper. Seems like pure scam, so they paid 40 btc = 300,000$ to get listed, and coin after 10 days is 1 sat, or close to 0. when coins sold at once was around 30-50 btc drops at once.

how come scams like these can get thru even ?

p.s would been nice to have topic where someone would gather a list of all known exchange listing fees at one topic.

There are many exchanges free of charge. You can start with these first and then go to the exchange. However, specific prices may have to be discussed directly with them.

Most exchanges do not mention this information on their websites. We have to contact their support to get that information.Hear Binanace charge 50 BTC for that, but not sure

Here is the experience of the team Verify (CRED) with Kucoin (an exchange with not that big volume): https://medium.com/verifyas/our-kucoin-listing-nightmare-and-why-its-the-last-place-you-should-list-3af019e4e7f6
In the article they say that in the crazy bull market in December Kucoin charged 5 BTC for the listing, but they had serious problems with them and in the end they did not came to an arrangement.

Usually the exchanges do mention explicitly anywhere. you have to seek them by registration but it ranges from 0 BTC to 150 BTC depending upon volume of trade they handle.

It depends on the reputation of the exchange to be listed on. A first class exchange will cost around 3 million usd. other less reliable ones can be between 1million to 1.6 usd. Some exchanges that allowed your coins to be voted on charges less fees.

https://news.bitcoin.com/cryptocurrency-exchanges-are-making-millions-from-just-listing-coins/

Some insight there, but fees will be incredibly elastic. I'm sure there's no set menu. There may also be ongoing annual fees too.

One of the interesting takeaways from that article is well known wallets charging to add your thingy too. As crypto gets bigger these companies get more powerful and harder to replace so can make ever larger demands. People will simply have to bend over and pay it if they want to get anywhere at all.

Soon enough you won't be able to get anything listed anywhere with a decent attention level without a giant war chest to throw at it.

The full list of the listing price on the stock exchange can only be given to you by the developers of ICO who wanted to enter the market. The amounts are different everywhere. I heard that the binance listing costs 50 btc.

I'd guess that most exchanges have different condition and that it mostly depends on your project and your negotiating skills. Projects that are promising will get better conditions but might have stricter requirements for a certain trading volume (during their first weeks/months).
Just have a look at KuCoin and the differewnt listing promotions (https://news.kucoin.com/en/category/announcements/). I highly doubt that the projects/teams choose themselves the amount or duration.

It would be very difficult for you to get the compiled list of the exact fees charged by the various exchanges. I think the best action is to contact their support and they'll communicate everything to you. Also, skme exchanges like Ecex Exchange have their specific tokens for listings- you buy 100 ZIG tokens or pay 100 EUROs  to get listed

I don't think there is any list because almost no exchange discloses their numbers.

Yobit is the only one I know: https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/

• Free - 0.00 btc - no guarantee
• Premium - 0.1 btc - 4-7 business days (no guarantee in case of compilation issues)
• Exclusive - 0.5 btc - 2-3 business days (no guarantee in case of compilation issues)

But some articles suggest that most can charge up to $3 million.
