I'd suggest you do not, this user has been accused of having bought the account so the risk of you getting scammed is very high. Keep in mind, they can use an escrow and then charge you back once the deal has gone through.

First of all my apologies for the late reply, I just saw your post.  Secondly, I will not recommend to anyone to deal with any newbie for PP trades. Even if he wants to sell BTC and sends first. I'm familiar with cases that turn into a mess...
As for if I vouching for ChuckBuck the answer is no, I don't but not because I believe he is not reliable but because: 1- PP trades have a big period of disputing the transfer 2- It was 1 trade (2 actually) 3- Even if it was more, he can chargeback anyone in the near future for any reason that he might "think" or have. So I'm not a magician or a medium to know what he might do in the future, even to me that I have a good experience trading with him. I weigh the situation and the member and I take my risk since there is always "the risk". I can though post my experience trading with him and it was as I describe it. I trade twice with ChuckBuck and it's possible that I will trade again since I have no issues (until now lol).

It's like giving loans. Even if I give a loan to someone that is trusted/ reliable, even if I gave him positive feedback, he/ she can always default regardless of his trust level at any time. I get burned by such members through the years but I still give loans and take my risks even if I'm more strict these days. Besides we don't have all the same level of risk meter. Mine can be bigger or smaller in relation to others. For eg, I can grant a loan without collateral to someone that others won't.
To conclude my opinion is that PP trades will always cause you the stress that might be a chargeback from the person that sends the PP funds. Ofc the more trusted, the better. That's not a guaranty though and I can't really vouch for anyone besides myself and few members that I have made trades and know for years.

I don't see you have any reason to ask questions like this. He just confirmed that we transacted with each other and that everything went well. Unlike you, he is someone who is willing to make a trade even when we run into a small problem. He communicated with me quickly, not a man who disappeared without saying a word. In any sense, he is trustworthy, and you are not, a deal-breaker without giving any message. You try to be trustworthy while you work unprofessionally, I get fed up with your thoughts

Are you vouching for this member? Meaning, would you consider yourself liable if any newbie initiates a trade with this user and gets scammed? You're on DT, correct? ♦I traded with a guy by sending money normally via PayPal, and he costs a sizable fee to receive money (but I don't), in addition, it takes a minimum of 48 hours for me to confirm the transaction completion and PayPal release the funds for him. And because when you send me BTC or other, you also have to pay a transaction fee. Therefore, I will always priorities sending in the form of F&F and you will get no extra charge  

♦Another important thing, since I will always send PayPal as F&F, so I will only send first if you are really reputable on this forum. For those who are not reputable or do not guarantee reputation (in my opinion), you will need to send first. Or, to be on the safe side, I will ship it as PayPal goods and services, means that you will be charged a fee that PayPal will collect from you (I don't mind if you want this one  ). You can also request escrow if needed, but I won't pay for fee.
