Thank you for reply

yeah, i check their score , mostly they don't have score and they ask for contact via email
after contacting they all just do direct, but i can't see any topic or any score that i can trust them and make a payment.
so i just use high fee p2p and looking for new source so this way i can reduce the fee (already pay more than 10% in p2p trade)

You can try this up https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/since-2014shdvbs-cryptocurrency-exchangeusdtbank-wirepayoneer-583572.

thank you very much
i contact him for more info

still looking for this exchange
anyone?
Look at Currency exchange maybe you can find a taker there. There are legit and trusted exchangers there.

If the person you are dealing with is untrusted, look for an escrow.

Thanks for your reply.
i saw those section and saw poeple offer them, even contacted them but near all of them do direct and don't even offer escrow.
that's the main reason i looking for a exchanger or anybody  that we can deal with escrow, for both safety of course
You can check if the trust rating of that person is good and is +.

That's the basis that he is a trusted person because he has an history of dealing with others.

I'll remind you again that deal safely.

I'm not aware of any exchanges that accept bitcoin using the C2C feature. Use it as a credit card instead in the exchanges that accepts CC, some of them: BitPanda, CEX.io, Coinmama etc.

It's still more advisable to trade with other individuals though, the card to card option should save you a lot of fees If you are looking to trade large amounts.

thanks for reply, but i want to use other payoneer feature such as make a payment for buying btc or PM.
the card is good but the fee as you said are to high for converting and looking for low fee exchange.
