Yes, Virwox is too expensive. For those using Virwox because of Paypal, there're other alternatives like Cryptonit, Usecryptos etc.

Ps: the volume is reported by each exchange. A user rating plugin would be possible, but also could be manipulated by fake users. "Voting" with your money
in exchanges is better (although the exchange can manipulate the volume too...).

. Coinbase it isn't really is an exchange (they don't even provide the volume traded in the API).

i also have to fight with them every day. exchange change APIs without notification, move to HTTPS, give back completely wrong data because of a bug....... endless story.
