I'm hoping that isn't the case with the information provided, because if it is then you've made a bad investment. The information is complete, and the only thing you're selling is 30k members. However, are these active members that are regularly using the exchange? If you want anything in return for this exchange you need to start presenting facts and figures to back up the sale. Hey, I'll offer you $5 for what you have, let me know.

The new owner could, I guess. However, the exchange is not "turn key". So it isn't like you'll be able to just set up shop. You're going to have to either hire a dev, or go in, and change it yourself. So it's more of a "exchange template", than anything else.
As to the proof that it is the OP's exchange, check his last posts.

If the exchange is the result of your coin/token project and you got almost all of the users from your airdrop campaign then why suddenly you are selling basically all of it?
Yes. I hired some team to help more on marketing and was scammed .so i think it will be better for more experienced individuals to carry on the project.

Why not show it here ? I was interested at first seeing the title, but if the exchange did not do any transactions, the said users are not active, also from 30 k to 50k, which one is it ?
in short, he's auctioning an incomplete no trade-functional yet exchange that has 30k+ (bounty) members if the trading script/engine is already in place, he should start beta phase trading or even a live trade
