Damn. Good on Kraken, I didn't even know their servers went down lol. Didn't reach the news for some reason. Due to the registrations being stopped on some exchanges, just always register early whenever a certain exchange opens up registrations. Just to be sure. Tongue

I checked the sites individually, as I was bored and it doesn't take much time anyway. Except on hitbtc, as I couldn't register on hitbtc for some reason. Sad

Got the hitBTC fees on this article. Though I'm not sure if it's updated as I couldn't confirm it manually.

I placed N/A because some of the exchanges doesn't support certain coins on the list. Will edit the main post to give more info.

True. Some of the exchanges significantly lowered the withdrawal fee when bitcoin's transaction fee got lower and transaction times got faster recently. But some of the exchanges didn't change their fees unfortunately.
