More than a month ago I exchanged usdt for btc in my Exodus wallet, the exchange has been going on for more than two months. As it later turned out, Exodus contacted the n.exchange exchanger via the API, which in turn blocked the exchange due to allegedly high-risk labels (Sanctions) amounting to 10%.
Passed all KYC and AML procedures, provided all documents on the origin of funds! The n.exchange administrator responds every day with standard letters:
I’ve passed this message on to the appropriate department.
We will immediately notify you as soon as there's an update.
We do apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you.
And this has been happening for more than two months. I checked my wallet through the AML bot, everything is clean there, the risk is minimal (in the green zone).
The website of the company n.exchange does not contain legal information about the company, so I had to resort to the help of lawyers and find this information to file a claim against them. There are extremely negative reviews about this service on various forums.

Can someone translate the whole thing to english? I bet it's in russian. Well, eth pending transaction these days is really congested that it takes every transaction takes hours or days especially with those smaller fees, its a normal thing though. But for a service that pays in exchange for positive or to get rid the negative feedback is too skeptical.
If I remember correctly this is the same exchange did a signature campaign here and the campaign has lots of issues including delayed payments for their signature designer and participants.

I completely agree with you. The delay was too long, well this is the tip of the iceberg. The "competence" of the employees and the service itself is off the charts, they sent funds to the wrong number initially, and also with a low commission, and I was told that there were problems in the ETH network. All the help is writing about the congested ETH network.
Worst exchanger of all. I have never met such disrespect and impudence. The change lasted 4+ hours due to the low indicated commission - and they kept saying that the problem was in the ETH network. I left a fair review about this exchanger and forgot about them. But here yesterday I saw a letter in the mail with the approximate content "we will send you $ 20 in the equivalent of ETH, and you delete or correct reviews." Can you imagine ?? I was shocked by what I read. And here is my second review. 0/10.

They are paying you to correct a review with that amount I consider that as an insult, they thought that they can cover their bad service and reputation, by a meager amount glad that you did not give in and the name of the exchange is new to us, if they want a positive review then they should give a good service and always update the platform.
