Hi there,
I'm quite new here and i'd like to know which service should i use to exchange ltc to btc and/or btc to EUR.
I see that crypto X and BTC-e are doing that. which one will be the best for my needs? both will be in low volumes.
Thanks
I think that Crypto x Change works very well and their UI is very easy to work with, recommend that your try their service. They have also pretty low fees Smiley

Do you think Crypto has the volume he needs?

Used it... after 25 minutes (and transaction confirmed at my wallet) still have not balance on my crypto x account. Asked for help at live support and no answer... better, "The representative has left the conversation. If you have further questions please leave a message. Thank you!"
Should i assume that the transaction is lost and never use crypto again?

EDITED:  GOT IT. took like 1 hour...
I think the transactions have to reach a certain number of confirmations and then have to be registered by their system, have patience. The bitcoin is not lost it's simply taking a while to get it into your account. The transactions can not be lost unless you sent it to the wrong address, Crypto x Change is a serious company and I can assure you that they will help you if somethings wrong with the transaction Smiley
