Converting bitcoins into USD has been the hardest part of this little endeavor.
It looks like using an exchange is the best way - but, since they gather so much info about you before they let you buy/sell, they're such a target for hacking.  And, they have enough information in their database to make identity theft easy.

So, if you reguarly sell bitcoins, what's your process?  
 

It is a good idea to exchange in person with real peoples when you meet up. it's safe and okay.

or Buy from local individual exchangers those who doesn't needs info etc.
Localbitcoins is good site,you can also try to buy from bitmit.net (cash in mail method)
