how to withdraw btc with the lowest fee possible in exchanges?

Depends on what exchange you are referring to here.

A lot of exchanges have updated their fees with the reduction in the average network fee paid to gain a confirmation. But some others have either reduced by not enough(like binance which only reduced 0.0005 BTC per withdrawal) or just not at all.

In that case, depending on the amount you're being charged as well as the amount that you hould on the exchange, it may be a good idea to first convert the bitcoin to altcoins with low fees and low spreads such as doge before withdrawing.

That method doesn't work on exchanges with high spreads, or high fees, however.

Some of the local trading platform still have low fee of 0.0001BTC on withdrawal but they have high trading fee of around 1% and also they are not available to every country.

One of the best trading platform I have ever used is binance which have also reduced its withdrawal fee to  0.00050000BTC which is comparatively low on current price of bitcoin.

Actually exchanges take more fees than required to remain in safe side if there will be sudden surge in network congestion.

Since the mempool is nearly empty these days, exchanges has been lowering their withdrawal fee

Binance, poloniex and coinexchange is at 50K sats

Crypto withdrawals on gdax are free: https://support.gdax.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2425097-what-are-the-fees-on-gdax-
Good to see such update. The past always remind me on how cruel to have those days where exchanges almost asked $20 withdrawal fee. I'm glad with free fees on gdax but even on 50k sats (4.459 usd) current fees on some exchange do still hurt me up. Cry checking out the network recent fee:

The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 30 satoshis/byte, shown in green at the top.
For the median transaction size of 225 bytes, this results in a fee of 6,750 satoshis.

how to withdraw btc with the lowest fee possible in exchanges?

If you want to withdraw to another exchanger or to your wallet then just exchange your Bitcoin to another cryptocurrency (not to volatile one) with cheap, stable and quick network. I prefer dogecoin therefore and send them to your currency wallet (f.e  dogecoin). From there send your coins to the service. (It is not recommended to send funds directly from exchanger exchanger to exchanger), where withdraw fees are cheaper. Then convert back your coins to BTC  and withdraw them.
Here is an awesome thread with withdrawal fee listings on exchangers

I only wouldn't recommend shapeshift for your matter, because exchange rates are not the best there.

wex has 0.0003 if im not mistaken or if its changed, exmo has 0.0005
i agree these fees are far fetched
its basically overkill for small transactions
put fees on volume, yes, i agree and its understandable
but ask me a fee to get my  money out, its just sick
they are not to be blaimed tho, the guilty ones are us who are putting up with this

It really depends on which exchange you are using. Withdrawal fee on kraken for example is 0.0005 BTC, but this is different for all exchanges.
