Hi Members,

just an update concerning PremiumCodeX who is under Scam Investigations:

Does it really matter if he's under investigations? This thread is about free trading tools.

Hi @PremiumCodeX i would like you to update the list with a new testnet site (simulated account site) - https://testnet.bybit.com/
Given that Bitmex become unpopular due to their strict KYC procedure, I assume bybit has become popular among KYC hating traders in the recent times

As far as I know, TradingView is poisoned by account trading (at least the crytocurrency part).

On a business scale, scammers buy premium (PRO, TOP...etc.) accounts then use them to advertise scam services.

I have personally seen at least one bot account promoting at least one shady service under all TA I read there.

Is it the normal or was I just unfortunate?
This is expected especially when it comes to greedy "expert" traders. One of the basic rules is to never follow TA's blindly and never be deceived into paying for "accurate" trade signals. Most if not all are just scam.

If someone claims they are so accurate at making entry and exit positions, and yet they ask their followers to pay up or subscribe for their signals. Ask them why they can't make lots of profits in silence using their accurate signals but instead opt to ask for a few bucks from their followers?
The truth is they are not successful in trading as they claim

Just use the general information available about trading and build onto that by practicing until you get a suitable strategy for yourself. Experience is one of the best teachers when it comes to trading, you will make profits, you will make losses, there's no other shortcut but as time goes on, you will keep learning from your past.

I wouldn't say that it's supposed to be "normal" but it is certainly something that TradingView turns a blind eye on.

They are more than happy to offer premium/pro accounts to scammers who draw up some arbitrary chart and call it TA, who offer premium memberships in their discord/patreon for trading tips that will likely lose you money in the long run.

As long as they get paid, ofc.

Most of the "trading ideas" on that site is egregious. I wouldn't even look at the "opinion" section of the site. Just use it for the charting.

Thank you very much for the valuable answers!

Although the original question was about simulated accounts, we have already received a great number of very useful additional tools and I would like to keep the thread open for even more.

Personally, I have recognized myself to be using bitinfocharts more and more recently.
Great free tool for the collection of information about blockchains, altcoins supported and they have a nice API for project developers.

Nobody has mentioned TradingView yet. I guess it's worth suggesting if you are planning to immerse yourself a little deeper into the technicalities of crypto trading.

They have a demo platform for those who wishes to learn charting. As everybody knows, coming up with a reliable technical analysis is never easy. But it's more or less a must if you wish to be a profitable day trader. So you might want to get yourself familiar with all kinds of charts, technical indicators, smart drawing tools, and so on. This is offered by TradingView.

Here are more free demo trading platforms
1. https://bitsgap.com
2. https://primebit.com
3. https://cryptoparrot.com

I know other exchanges are also offering demo accounts like btc-alpha, hitbc,..
Hitbtc's demo trading platform is https://demo.hitbtc.com, However I should also caution OP never to send any real money to them, they have a habit of blocking people money on grounds of KYC that seems to be complicated and impossible to pass. only use their platform for demo trading and then use other trustworthy platforms from real live trading.

eToro have option for creating practive account and you will get free $100,000 to play and learn:
https://go.etoro.com/en/practice-account

There is also Bitmex and Deribit testnet websites:
https://testnet.bitmex.com/
https://test.deribit.com/

I know other exchanges are also offering demo accounts like btc-alpha, hitbc, kraken and others, but you should know that I don't recommend any exchange mentioned here for real trading.
Do your own research.

Hi Everyone!

I want to prevent burning real money while using some experimental trading strategies.

I guess, trade history in demo / simulated accounts of exchanges could prove the concepts of these strategies.

May I learn where can I trade in a demo or simulated account?
