It is clear that low exchanges should be avoided, especially in offering staking on their exchanges. Clear people will think staking will choose in exchanges which are visited by large investors. Of course, I choose Binance and Huobi as choosing safer staking, many offers from low exchanges do not will make investors trust even more.

I prefer using Binance above all the other exchanges. The simple reason is nil Withdrawl fee and Binance has one of the largest Staking pool than all the other exchanges combined.

Personally I will go for Binance because of it be one of the best exchange around the world. Staking in other cryptocurrency exchanges are more risking than sending money to a scammer, just my opinion. Its security apparatus have what it takes to hold users or investors funds without be scare of loose.

the profit from staking is lower than direct trading.

for day traders may not be too happy with this, but alternative offers do provide benefits. It may be worth noting about the contract locking system, especially in small exchanges, this can be dangerous if the exchange has problems and your funds are still locked for a long time.

As you can see all these staking are from top exchanges, my advice is to stay away from low rated exchanges that offers staking service, very soon they will claim to offer same service as well, if you have something else to add on the list pls do
If you are an old member or someone who has known about cryptocurrency as a whole you will be avoid it. You will only trust to the reputable exchange although they ask you with the high fee. But for those who didn't know or just new to this market they will find a service which ask a lower fee and entice with another advantage when they use the service.
But if you can have your own wallet inside your own device why would you bother to use exchange service. Not against those reputable exchange but even they have an established reputations there's still chances that you can be hacked not the site itself but your account. Hackers always have an eye inside every exchange if they seen that there's a huge amount of assets inside certain wallets they will do everything to penetrate and sucked everything. be very careful with your venue of investment.

Yobit is also serves a staking services long time ago but the exchange fame and credibility is not good so people are not trusting the exchange. But right now i think yobit is building the community again from the beginning and the volume is increasing each day which will be great for the future and people can forget the past

Among the nine exchanges it is KUCOIN who offers the most staking services but those who are less interested, I like the most in BINANCE, GATE, and HUOBI the reason is because these three exchanges that I know are very famous and vigilance is very necessary to calculate a land of our funds

Even these top exchanges still have the chance of being hacked or at least data breached because there's no system safe but staking in a third rate exchange is simply seeking death.
However, instead of staking your money in exchange which basically the same as entrusting your money to a stranger, why don't you just stake it yourself by using your own PC or renting vps which requires relatively low money but safer.

No matter how big an exchange is they can get hacked any time and it's 50/50 chances maybe you will ever get refunds, don't say because binance refund users in last hack that they will be able to refund users if another hack takes place, it's better to stay safe

I go against all this exchanges staking idea because honestly you are not 100% in control of your funds, exchanges are operate by humans they can be greedy on you at any time, find staking coins that allow staking in your own wallet not exchanges

Staking may sound pretty good but here are some downsides that one should consider before going for it.
1. You have to store your coins on the exchange. If thats not there then it good. But if you have to store coins there then be at risk when hacks happen.
2. They may force KYC on your at any moment and put your funds on lockdown unless you clear them. At the moment your hands are tied and you have no authorities to complain to.
3. Staking rewards are pretty low if you are hoping to find something similar like a good interest rate from bank - then you are mistaken.
4. The staking rewards token will also be dumped making it difficult to reap any profit in the sell orders.

As far I know bittrex also offer staking service. If you hold NEO in bittrex you will get GAS for free.Though I don't have NEO in my bittrex but In 2017 that was the rewards. After they changed it or not.Maybe till now they offer staking service for holding NEO.
Note: I know that in 2017 but now they are paying or not I don't know the exact news.

Yup, everyone should stay away from those mid-tier exchange that offer staking service because we really don't know their intent. We have seen lots of those kind of exchanges exit scamming lots of investors. So it would really be a good practice to stay away and go for reputable exchange that has staking services like the OP has posted. It is better to be safe than sorry here.
Yes 👍, that is why I will never include mid rated exchanges on the list because they can can exit scam at any point in time, top exchanges are better and they pay rewards as promised

This is my advice as well.

Don't get into an exchange that is not popular and proven to be trustworthy. Meanwhile, Tezos is the most liked staking coin so far by most exchanges. There is also a new update from ledger wallet that they are also allowing staking tezos on their wallet.

When you first start crypto and even in the forum now under the beginner section you are told to never leave your coins in exchange and to finish your business and withdraw. Staking on an exchange goes against this advice. When you stake you are buying a significant amount of coins and risking losing them all. Why not just stake them yourself? Why pay an exchange a cut and give them control over your coins?

If you are talking about nodes then that is another thing. This is not staking, it is similar though. The reason people share nodes is due to the high price of some of them. With nodes, I can understand using a third party and would recommend an exchange over a "node staking pool" ultimately though you want control of your own investment.

bithumb, poloniex and idex, additional information: https://www.cryptomorrow.com/2019/10/05/cryptocurrency-exchanges-where-you-can-stake-crypto-and-earn/ , and Kraken also plans to launch today for staking tezos with a fixed rate of 6%: https://www.theblockcrypto.com/linked/50173/kraken-the-latest-exchange-to-enter-staking-as-a-service

can you write more about reward distribution / unlock period for each exchange, and together with the interest rate, this is interesting.
