ShorelineCrypto charges zero withdraw fees.  Good for small amount exchange on BTC/LTC/DOGE/NENG etc.  No KYC needed, only email signup.

I'd like to make a list of exchanges which do not charge to a fee to withdraw Bitcoin. My preferred exchange (Bitstamp) now charges .0005 BTC for withdraws and although its not a lot, its far more than the transaction cost alone and I simply do not like the business model it supports as it encourages people to keep Bitcoin on the exchange instead of holding it in one's own wallet.

Please share the exchanges that currently do not charge withdraw fees and we can update as things change.

There is a basic fee applied to all transactions, whether or not you are using an exchange. It's usually about 30 satoshis per byte being sent, but it's too awkward to have dynamic fees on exchanges, so they fix the fee.

Back in Dec 2017 when the mempool was full and fees soared to several hundred dollars, the exchanges all raised their withdrawal fees because it became too expensive for them to absorb. I don't think you will ever see a good zero withdrawal fee exchange again.

Exmarkets till now isn't charging fee and the minimum to withdraw is 0.005 BTC with 0 withdrawal fee. It's trusted as well as I had withdrawn an amount few months back and traded my tokens but trading volume is low for most coins: http://prntscr.com/qlqxtf

If you're looking for Bitstamp which wouldn't charge withdrawal fee, you hardly can find something. All major exchanges charge bigger or smaller fees because together with trading fees, it's their main source of income. And usually, they charge quite big fees for Bitcoin. If you need to move money between exchanges, you can use cheap coins like Dogecoin.
As said above, you can use decentralized exchanges, but you still will have to pay Bitcoin transaction fees
I agree there is no way you can find an exchange without widrawal fees. Even dex have this because thats the way the exchange will earn and continue their service without it the exchange will surely close. The better way to do is use peer to peer if you dont want to charge you widrawal fees.

As much as it pains me to mention them, Coinbase don't charge a withdrawal fee. I wouldn't recommend using them under any circumstances though - their KYC is invasive enough, even if we didn't know they were actively selling users' data to third parties and handing it over to the government.

A better option all round would be to use a decentralized exchange such as BISQ. There is no withdrawal fee because there is nothing to withdraw - you trade directly peer-to-peer with another user. You pay a small trading fee (as you would on any exchange), and the usual bitcoin transaction fee. There is no KYC to complete, and there is no trusting a third party with your coins.

Bitstamp was the best but they changed the Terms&Condtitions after the latest updates. In the last update, the withdrawal fees also applied, I only prefer to withdraw the LTC with 0.001 LTC fee and I moved to the new exchange. For low withdrawal fees, I suggest Bitso Mexican exchange. They charge around $0.12 per BTC withdrawal transaction and this is a dirty cheap fee.

It is a pleasure to exchange without a withdrawal fee. Currently, all of my exchanges charge a fee to withdraw money, I'm sorry. When I take part in coin-rewarded bonus campaigns, I exchange them for cash for daily spending. Can you help me more closely about making the exchange free of charge

Is it really possible? Without withdraw fee how Exchanger will survive or how they will pay Their workers and site security& others fee? And trusting those exchanger is really hard. Maybe you will not find any good or reputed exchanger which offers withdraw fee free.

When life gets hard BUY Bitcoin!
I thought OP already listed some exchanges who not charge withdrawal fee as it may seem impossible. Even ATM Machines in my area charge withdrawal fee. How they will earn to continue their services without those fees. Will watch for this thread if there are really known exchanges who didn't charge withdrawal and migh see if should I try to use them.

What you write here, OP, may be wishful thinking.
The exchanges earnings are coming from the trade fees and withdrawal fees. Their aim is that you keep your money inside their platform, so obviously they charge extra if you withdraw.

The biggest list of exchanges and fees I know is this: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/crypto-exchanges-comparison-trade-fee-listing-fee-age-mobile-app-more-5079048
The very few exchanges with no withdrawal fee ... I just don't know them so I cannot recommend. However, they can increase your list.

For the known exchanges, what I can recommend is:
* withdraw bigger batches if possible
* plan in advance and withdraw only what you plan to hold for at least months
* if you just move funds from one service to another you may use altcoins for the job: for some such altcoins the withdrawal fees are way lower

LoyceV on the road. Or couch.
The exchange in my signature doesn't charge charge a withdrawal fee.
That makes it me favorite for small trades (as low as 1000 Doge or 0.01 eth. The minimum for on-chain Bitcoin is 0.001.

lol  Grin I don't know any exchange like that. No exchange does not charge a withdrawal fee, at least for bitcoin. As for ETH and alt coins, I know idex, but I'm not sure it is an exchange. There appears to be no free exchange to withdraw bitcoin  Roll Eyes
