Are you legally registered in the UK as an investment firm?

You "require" your investors to be accredited (although I doubt you enforce it)  but you are required to be as well.

Yes.

Not really the kind of answer that we expect, because the question is all about credibility but unfortunately this is something that OP did not provide, you should provide a comprehensive answer and btw who are you on the team here

Any reason why people should trust you over one of the myriad crypto funds that are also able to secure these deals, e.g. Grayscale Capital?

There's already a huge number of crypto funds out there, many of which have a strong public presence and a transparent record of their success.

Do you think that a simple vague forum post is going to convince any HNW individual to part with their cash? Surely not.

Yes.

I don't see anything on your website.  What's your registration number?

I'm curious why you don't provide it, seeing as it's required

We're looking for people who can contribute with research and/or are interested in participating in projects we've selected.

So for the research part, are you gonna pay for them? Are you guys only interested in private/pre-IEO investment and not funding an existing project on the market?

Considering the current situation around ICO/IEO, I personally don't feel confident to invest in a new one.

There's a lot that goes on behind closed doors and as you could imagine, obtaining specific bonuses isn't easy. We're looking to expand by trying to onboard various members to take on tasks that our group requires to be completed. Various tasks include; research into hot upcoming ICO's, research on team members, basic market fundamentals, special skill sets (preferred to developers). As a reward for being a member, you can partake in our deals and receive specific allocation allotted to you for your contributions.

Funding an existing project on the market is merely "holding" an altcoin.

ICO's had major red flags in 2017, plenty were scams. However, with IEO's, because they're co-signed with exchanges, there is no way to be scammed.

I was looking at https://acerra.capital/ventures/

You should change the links to the work you did for them - not their website.

May we know the name of your "exclusive investment group"?

Somehow, that can act as a reference if someone shows interest to work with you based on the group's past performance.

Since this involves partnership or sort of finding individuals, I suggest moving the thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0

I'm hoping this topic can reach out to some people, new or experienced. Somewhat unsure whether this is in the right forum section, however after viewing the "relevant" ones, it seemed more spam-related than genuine posts.

My name is Steve. I'm a part of an investment network group that specialise directly in crypto private sales such as ICO’s/IEO’s/STO’s. Initially, the team we have today started out as a few business associates lightly investing and trading into altcoins back in 2017. During this time, we also picked up on ICO's. Quickly came to understand that with accredited investor status and large capital liquid you can negotiate deals to get a nice bonus. Hence, we went from trading to investing into ICO/IEO private sales (fulfilling ETH allocation amounts set for us).

The pre-sale of ICX was our first investment which yielded over a 10X+ and ever since we’ve dedicated ourselves full-time. Along the way we’ve built a strong base with connections amid big names in the crypto space, opening up many doors for us.

Right now, we're hoping to come across like-minded individuals.

Please reach out via PM if interested, we can set up a meeting and go in further detail on how things operate!

P.S.: We're based in the UK but have many American members, everyone is welcome!
