I bought 500€ at EXMO.com ONE WEEK AGO!
I found them over ADV and thougt Ill check them.
What happened to me with this company is crazy.
First they asked for new scan of eletricity bill in 300DPI (but my scan has already 300DPI so it was only timewasting.)
I send them everything new and again and again.
Today it was enough for me and I told them I want my money back to my bank account and they should delete my account because im not interested to be their customer.
BUT - they dont send money back and nothing. They just ignore my emails and now they want selfies and more sensitive data!? Thats ridiculous. I can not recommend this website to anyone!Here you can see our mails:

Document size is 300DPI!!
Its exact same size before I have to convert it in .png
I have no idea why you dont accept normal jpg
My Scanner only makes jpg and after I convert it, you cannot see DPI anymore.
But Scan i definitly 300DPI and if I would like to send you a bigger scan, it has 10MB+ and its impossible to send at your site.
Its a problem of your site. PNG which I sent has 300DPI and its immpossible to send bigger file!
