Support is not answering my tickets and mails. Support Chat is not working. In trade Chat nobody has any clue.

Is there any way someone will resolve my issue in decent time? It's been more than 20 hours with my ETH withdrawing from you in some "verifying" state. I'm trying to do a trade but can't, so now I missed some good opportunities because of EXMO system. Angry

Hoped to move more funds to your platform but now not sure as 3.28 ETH withdrawal seems to be a problem for EXMO. Up till now it was all great and decent platform. Hope this is not a scam. Could you help?

It was virtually happend when i created account on exmo.com however someone reviewed my account and i got verified on fourth day.
Try to complain them on one of their social media accounts but if you think it is taking longer than usual time for verification, you can simply search for alternate exchanger.

Hi there

I have pending verification process in exmo.com for more than two weeks and the only answer from support is standard copied text that the line is huge.

I am the only one? Is the exmo trustful exchange or all the processes are taking weeks to make happen?
