I had a similar issue like yours and I too lost my paraphrase. I just did a new clean install of the latest version exodus wallet in my PC and when I opened the new wallet the balance was 0$. Just a difference was I installed the new wallet in a new computer. I just closed my wallet and opened my mail and clicked on my backup link which was sent to me when I made a backup of my old wallet.
Once when I clicked my backup link, the new wallet popped up and I was asked to enter the password which I stored sometime in my old wallet. After I entered the password the funds from my old wallet was restored within minutes.
This was the same procedure which was mentioned in the website and I got them right. Retry the process and see if it succeeds.

One of my pc was corrupted I have the back up link but not the passphrase
I have followed Exodus instructions to restore your wallet

I click the back up link but it's not working at all I have turn off my anti virus and my firewall
still nothing I just saw a blank space..

Any help how can I store my funds from my old exodus wallet.
