The website of the company n.exchange does not contain legal information about the company, so I had to resort to the help of lawyers and find this information to file a claim against them.
If you go to the "Partners" page then click on Bestchange logo, and bingo... you will be directed to the Yoa exchanger review.
Next go to that exchange, and also look at "Partners", they are both similar. Don't miss the footer to see company information.

Hi, can you please add supporting evidence for this case? The screenshot of that result will be nice, and screenshots of email with their support won't hurt [please cover all sensitive information]. N.exchange's account was online roughly one and a half month ago, though I don't think they'll address this issue.

I have actually came across something like this but since I don't use the wallet I don't really pay attention because it's wasn't a known wallet for me but it could be known for others, what I did was to stick to electrum wallet although no wallet is perfect especially when it's not hardware wallet. We should learn to always apply cautiousness when using them for any activities.

Follow the right format in opening a scam accusation, you can use https://www.talkimg.com/ to upload images and screenshots of conversations and email messages, and we will quote the images for them to show up

More than a month ago I exchanged usdt for btc in my Exodus wallet, the exchange has been going on for more than two months. As it later turned out, Exodus contacted the n.exchange exchanger via the API, which in turn blocked the exchange due to allegedly high-risk labels (Sanctions) amounting to 10%.
Passed all KYC and AML procedures, provided all documents on the origin of funds! The n.exchange administrator responds every day with standard letters:
I’ve passed this message on to the appropriate department.
We will immediately notify you as soon as there's an update.
We do apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you.
And this has been happening for more than two months. I checked my wallet through the AML bot, everything is clean there, the risk is minimal (in the green zone).
The website of the company n.exchange does not contain legal information about the company, so I had to resort to the help of lawyers and find this information to file a claim against them. There are extremely negative reviews about this service on various forums.
