These are good questions. Let's start with this one.
Can you give more information regarding what type of partnership you are looking for ? Is it purely contract work base because that doesn't sound very "partnership" if someone pays you for your troubles and gets their ideas done and instead of letting it be an "idea" they hire you to make it into a reality, that's a great work and I respect that but that is a contract work for providing people development and marketing.....
lol. no contract work. We are looking for what you consider true partnership opportunities. Every once in a while we need to generate more opportunities. Why? well, because sometimes businesses, especially internet business run their course or are sold. What types of partnerships? Well, we are looking to leverage our skill set with someone else's. It doesn't always have to be 50-50.
We had a partnership that lasted 5 years with a smart guy out in Texas. He had an idea to sell customized wooden barrels. He did not know that much about website development. We made the website, did the marketing, and he performed the logistics of the shipping and purchasing. After the first year we found that he was doing a disproportional amount if work compared to ours, so we readjusted (less than 10%). This website later generated an outstanding amount of income.
If you mean partnership in the sense we all know usually the money is equally shared among the partners while it is earned but also while it is spent as well. Would you be willing to give away your affiliate tracking and gaming software for free to the site you are partnering with and what would you require from your partner in that case ? TL;DR : More info would be great.
We would not want to give our intellectual property away. I can't tell you how long it took us to develop our platform. We are continually improving it as we find exploits etc. Here is a scenario. Let's say if there was an existing affiliate who had a network of sites. If this affiliate wanted his own casino brand, we could be that partner to set it up with no money exchanging hands. This is just leveraging existing assets.
Let's say, that a person wanted to do a white label casino using our software with no experience or leads, we would most certainly turn them down. In this market, it takes talent and perseverance to succeed in the gaming niche.
......
As far as i understand they would definitely use up their software and as being mentioned above they are already 10 years on marketing industry. The arrangement of profit sharing would depend between op and project or business owners on end.
I would like to see some previous partnerships been done and succeeded so that potential business owner might get interested.
yup. That sums it up nicely. Gaming or non-gaming we are a powerhouse for website development. What we lack are the unique insights as to new verticles and the human resources of it's execution.
