This paper is absolutely important for pool ops and for miners who want to make informed decisions about where they mine. I find it best to read small parts at a time and then reread them.
Some people (like me) learn quicker visually and charts can help make some points more understandable. Some sort of visual representation of miner payout variance for PPLNS vs xMPPS, or the DGS fees affect miner payout variance vs operator risk. I usually end up mentally translating the functions to a chart in order to understand them - it would be good to have examples I know are correct.

In an effort to improve the quality of my paper Analysis of Bitcoin Pooled Mining Reward Systems, I am offering rewards for people who submit errata. Every factual error reported will be rewarded with one hexadecimal Bitcoin (0.16777216 BTC).
