probably the 2+btc is total sent... but the sender only gave you 0.00x and the rest went elsewhere, or whatever "platform" you are using has bad translation of "value when received" possibly meaning tx fee, however a $1 tx fee seems steep. so im gonna go with my first thought of total send was over 2btc and ur only receiving $1 of it.

try getting the transaction ID and pasting it into a different blockchain explorer site to get a different display that might explain it.

also it doesnt help when you have only shown a stupidly cropped screenshot that explains nothing, yet you seek to get answer from a community while only providing the comunity with far less info then you can see yourself

Received a payment earlier of around $1800.
Value of transaction is showing to be $1.

All other transactions seem normal. Just this one is odd. See screenshot: http://prnt.sc/bzv5iw
The status is 'transaction confirmed'.

P.S. Who else is hating the new blockchain platform? I preferred the legacy one but they kept forcing me to upgrade.

Blockchain.info is totally screwed, with or without the new wallet (I agree that new wallet made it worst though)  .
I personally would switch to BlockTrail instead.(If you are using it as a wallet or as a block explorer)

Probably just a bug/glitch with the new blockchain.info wallet. If you got the bitcoins then all is good.
