I haven't played this game but I watched a YouTube video and I find it brutal, not suitable for kids.

Bloods, cuts parts of body, those sort of things type of game. The player should be at the right age playing the game, even I am, I have no guts of playing it not the type of game I want to play.
Yes, not all games are effective for everybody I've played tons of games before but everything changes with age. I've never played this game and do not have much idea about it.
