Also, the whois result is suspicious it doesn't have any registrar contact and company address so how did you easily trust this website?

By checking their hosting page they offer this hosting service in 5 countries the weird part a few countries mentioned the electricity rates there are a bit expensive.

They provide clear and detailed information about their services and have a transparent fee structure. Plus, their customer support is responsive and helpful. They have big warehouse you can get pick up the machine or they can deliver it to you. I will look to other recommendations but for now this company has a robust support system which I like the most.

What kind of hosting are you looking for?

I've used IONOS before for both web and linux server. Performance wise, I never had any issues with them at all over a 4 year timeframe.
