Can't help you on this but I did a few research and I've found some videos that requires you to download a software but with such requirements it's a red flag, IMO.

If you're trying to export your telegram contact as a CSV file is really a simple method if you follow these five steps. Here are the 5 simple and easy steps that can be used in doing so.
  • Get group number.
  • Fire off the API call to get your group members rendered to a JSON file.
  • Convert the JSON file to a CSV file.
  • Save the CSV file..
  • Convert the CSV file to an Excel Workbook.

Do you think there is a way for admins to export Telegram group members's data like User IDs as an Excel or CSV file?
