At least they could use this type of designs to prepare websites that actually do something good and provide a service instead of developing more scammer pages.

But yes it takes looks to fool a newbie and they know that and hence they prepare such websites. I am sure they are getting a good amount from scamming otherwise the finances for hosting and developing the next site would be low, which in reality is not.

These guys no longer create threads in this forum but this is the only to expose them and make sure someone out there gets saved from being scammed. Remember that scammer never cease to exist but precautions can be taken by anyone.
