Nice catch OP, and I have to commend their website design, it seems to be that scammers are putting some effort on their scam websites to make it more attractive to their potential victim. Pretty sure that there is no team behind and if there is, the pictures used are probably stock photos or stolen LinkedIn profiles.

This website is offering hype investment plans to investors from 200 percent to 500 percent profits only after one day. They also give some commission to the users who invite other users into this project.
