I asked to look into litra coin. I looked
(https://litra.site/)I read white paper and I see it sound like scam (english worse than mine!) and no business plan or use. All fantasy talk about EHR and healthcare.
I follow ANN and watch discussion. Then I see ICO start and website say "9.5 million invested". I think this strange because I expect ICO like litra to make zero money. It claim "real time" update of ICO, but team only make fake update to look like ICO getting money.
So I look into ICO. It is all lie:

Litra coin is scam. Do not throw away btc/eth to this. Sorry to people who lost ether.
