Now your post looks but the conversation should not be copy paste but a screenshot anyway extrates will lose some customers now that there is a complaint about how they handle this issue, I just hope they will go down here to answer the allegations which I doubt, I think they are another Yobit in the making.

FIXED. I edited to the Scam Report Format and uploaded a screenshot how my exrates.me interface is looking like.
If it is still something missing let me know.

I use this exchange once to sell one of my shit tokens, and the experience is far from ideal. I'm pretty sure something like this will happens eventually (OP is not providing a screenshot so there is no proof yet, but the probability is high imo).

I am waiting over a week for my bitcoin withdraw. They also refuse to answer my e-mails. My account is already verificated.
I made about 5 withdraws without problems before. Don´t use this exchange !

This is just allegations until you posted all the screenshots of your evidence, do the right format I have used that exchange before and had no problem at all, you did not even specify the amount and what is your level of being verified.

Additional Notes:
From the screenshots bottom window you can see that they also have disabled my withdraws.
Even if there would be anything suspicious with my account they have to answer my e-mails or try to reach me.
But they are:
1. not responding to my e-mails(I have send various to the support team and to the CEO).
2. disabling my withdraws although my account is verified
3. not approving my withdraws.
