I'm guessing you are already a owner of that motherboard? If yes then try the splitter although the result might vary because some can't get this splitter to work with four cards per slot and some MOBO need adjustment in their BIOS settings.

People achieved 8 and 9 GPUs running with splitters, but I suggest you to buy a motherboard with 12 PCI-e if you can, of the same brand Biostar: https://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=884

If you already have motherboard, ok, try with a splitter, but if you didn't bought yet, buy a version with 12 PCI-e.

It's not that easy to run 5 or more cards even with a proper motherboard, for a newbie this build can be stressful to adjust everything

A motherboard with six 6 pcie slots can still be extended using pcie extenders? The name of this motherboard is biotstar TB-250, if possible I'm ready to use two power supply on this motherboard.
