That wouldnt make sense.
People cant dump their coins because Gox is a oneway road for fiat money. So if you dont have the time to wait 4-8 weeks to recieve your Money. You usually BUY Bitcoins and withdraw.
But now even the Bitcoin withdrawl isnt workink. So its horrible.

I was looking at it from the exchange-only viewpoint, as not everyone uses mtgox for fiat cashout. I know I don't.. I use coinbase. Press a button and it's in my bank within the week. I've heard enough nightmare stories to know to not use gox for fiat.

Is it possible they're causing this, wanting people to panic, and dump their coins thus lowering the value of BTC for a quick buyup?

you guys should try to broadcast the tx yourself.

I just did and it says the btc was already spent.

Before that i got "invalid signature"

Ive never gotten the invalid signature one, but i currently get the btc already spent one.

MtGox makes btc seem like a scam or ponzi scheme ..... way to go fcker.

I have a 370 BTC withdraw that has been nearly 30 hours with nothing visible on the blockchain. I paid a .001 miner fee.

Spoken with support, and they're saying to wait.... This is pretty ridiculous.

Well, the coins are signed over from one address to another. They can't just vanish. Smiley

Fingers crossed things fix themselves/catch up.

Yeah, I'm sure it's due to the frequent price increase / decrease on the markets. A lot of people are probably panic selling or moving coins around all at once which has created some serious lag.. Just hope my coins don't just fizzle out into the virtual universe :/

10 BTC at stake here as well Sad

I'm also seeing discussion in some other threads about the blockchain going slowly. Someone in slush's pool thread mentioned how blockchain.info is behind the actual block chain by a lot, the explorer isn't keeping up or something.

Curious.

Yes I have the ID, that's where the issue is. The ID doesn't return any results :/ It's almost as if the transaction doesn't exist although my transaction history on Gox says otherwise?

Here's the error I receive on Blockchain.info:
"Sorry we could not find any blocks or transactions matching this hash"

Sad

Do you have the transaction ID? You could check if there is anything on blockchain.info:

Paid a little extra for an open order + 6 confirmations (that's what I believed to be the quickest withdraw option for BTC from Gox).

I've opened a support ticket but was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

First thing that comes to mind is a missing fee?

hey everyone, is it just me or are withdraw blockchains taking liberties appearing from Gox?
Issued a transaction earlier today and apparently the blockchain doesn't exist.. There's a lot of activity by the looks of it.
